Had the grey g wagon for 5 days, would recommend it to anyone, such good help the service was amazing 10 starts if I could, would recommend to anyone
Rented a car from them and I would suggest everyone to STAY AWAY. The service they provide is bottom tier and they treat customers like dogs. They handed me ny rental on the due date and then next day asked me to drive 1 hour and 30 minutes to their office so they can service the car. They should've serviced it before handing the car out to me or notify me the car will not be available until it's mechanically ready. They then took the car is and asked me to wait 30 minutes but it was a lie. I ended up waiting 2 hours. Not to mention the car brakes were faulty and felt spongy and slack. I notified them about the issue to get a replacement car until the car gets inspected. The owner then threatened me by saying leave the car and the keys and he would deduct most of the money i paid for the car when i didn't even have it for half a day. The car was in their possession the whole time. They didn't even offer compensation for the time wasted. I didn't expect it from there if im being honest if they were treating me like a dog. I didn't have a choice but to accept the car with the faulty brakes or i would've been charged a fortune for noticing. Also be careful if you're a tourist and renting a car from them. They leaked my license to one of their friends who live in the same country as me (UK) which contained sensitive information like my address and name. They threatened to come to my doorstep. This matter is now being directed to dubai authorities and will take legal action for leaking my sensitive information for dangerous use.
During my stay in Dubai over the last 2 weeks I had rented a few cars from these gentlemen and I am pleased to say it was one of my best car rental experience. I have gone through worldwide. The cars came clean and with enough fuel their car variety is extensive and huge and all of them there did everything to ensure that we had a pleasant stay in Dubai and accommodated us in every way. Brother mamoon over at the car rental will sort you out any day anytime. He is always responsive and he explains everything extremely well. Ensuring that you understand the full driving climate while you are there for anyone looking for any car, I would highly recommend them. They don't have any funny business and they are transparent about everything. The cars I rented were the Nissan patrol, the Land Rover defender, the Range Rover, the G wagon and the Lamborghini urus.
Amazing selection of cars good service they can drop off any cars available even if not, they can arrange one of the best Rent-A-Car companies in Dubai budget friendly also
