I had a very disappointing experience during my interview at AIMS Clinic. As a job applicant, I made the effort to attend the interview on time, expecting a professional recruitment process. Unfortunately, the interview lasted only about two minutes. The HR representative INDIAN lady barely maintained eye contact, seemed disengaged she seemed lazy and no interest of working, and gave the impression that my application was not being taken seriously. I was told, "If you are shortlisted, we will call you this evening," but no update or follow-up was ever provided. While I understand that not every applicant can be selected, I believe every candidate deserves to be treated with professionalism, respect, and courtesy. A simple follow-up or clear communication would have been appreciated. First impressions matter, and the recruitment process reflects the organization's professionalism what more is the home service?? I dont recommened this company to anyone I hope the management reviews its hiring process and provides additional training mostly to your HR ensure all applicants are treated with respect and that their time and effort are valued.
