Almost 4 months gone with our bed bugs issue and 3 times they came for spray . Still some bed bugs spotted. Before the last spray of yesterday I called twice and the management promised to send their Engineer this time (Mr. Ahmad) for more supervision . But despite 2 times notice from my side and their approval, only one staff came and did spray and left ! No respect to their promise and the client's follow-up !!

Unfortunately, Google does not has an option of negative stars, else I would have given them -5 stars, very unprofessional behaviors, the customer service is rude. They changed the appointment 3 times, then they will just not show up on the agreed time. they gave a guarantee of 6 months for the pest controls , but its effect didn't last even 6 days, now they are just delaying the whole thing and trying to find excuses for not to redo the service. worst experience ever, will never recommend them to anybody.

Service is not bad but the pest control effect doesnt even last for one day! They did 3-4 times pest control for me within a span of 1-2 months but not even a single cockroach was found dead. Their chemical solutions are not at all effective. Infact i realized pest multiplication after the sprays and gel sessions. Sorry but i wont recommend. The staff is good and professional. But ultimately their service is not at all effective as the quality of chemicals used for pest control is very poor...almost like spraying water.
