First they didnt send us the room key to see the apartment .we went and took it by ourselves then found out that they gave us the wrong apartment key . We spent all day on the roads just to take the key thu they should have done all that its their job to do so . took more 10% fees + vat. unprofessional services they do nothing just signing the contract to take the comission . they didnt even cancel the old tenant contact . I even had to go to cancel his contract and that was the duty of the office .
