If you don’t want to pay double, DON’T BUY FROM OUNASS. Because once you receive the damaged product - it’s yours and no one cares. When contacting the customer “care” team (who doesn’t care!) first they will tell you the investigation will take up to 48 hours (and by the way my order was with 2-hours delivery), then after 48 hours they will promise another 48 hours for the unknown solution. And at the end you only get… apologies… and that’s it. For the Ounass team (if reading) this review, my order number POU091379355 from September 13th - just to see how the customer’s complain was “managed”.
The customer service is very bad , I requested online for car leasing for defender p130 , after more than a weak they called and asked did you apply for leasing!? Still asking question, no I request double cheese burger! Seriously lack of sert
Door for my car Jaguar xf not closing due to latch problem . Dropped the car on Wednesday 7th June at gharoud . Was told a report will be prepared to assess the damage for aed 900. Complete rip off.. now the report cannot be provided before Sunday and wonder how long they will take to repair...
Worst experience!! I felt like being cheated; I purchased a car from Al Tayer motors that were under warranty near to expiring; then I was offered an extended warranty, which I was charged extra, and just after driving for 5000 Km, a check engine sign appeared. After contacting the service center, they asked me to pay for these parts by saying these parts are not covered by warranty; I have to pay for engine parts even after having the Warranty. They could have replaced the parts before selling this car to me. I purchased this from a Pre-Owned showroom of Al Tayer Group, and it was their responsibility to replace all damaged or weak parts. Still, they waited for someone to buy, and then they could charge the owner by showing the policies not even discussed at the time of selling. The staff was confident that all parts were covered and now they are asking me to pay for the replacement. I felt like being scammed and fooled; It was better to buy from outside than from Pre-Owned as they use the tool of being certified, which is why I got trapped. It is hard to believe that the vehicle engine parts needed to be replaced after just 5000 Km, and Al Tayer was unaware of it when selling.
One of the worst experience I ever had by dealing with for Al Tayer motors . They run the safety campaigns but they don’t call the customers ,they just send bulk SMS only for name sake but doesn’t bother to call customers or notify them about the campaign and it’s importance. If luckily when the customer calls back then they don’t have spare parts in stock and they will tell you that they will call back but they will never call u back to inform about parts , and also they block the VIN number from renewal of vehicle registration. When u cal to discuss then they clearly blame RTA or government knowing that everyone’s life is busy and nobody will have the time to talk to understand. I have never expected that Al Tayer motors will have such low standards. And when you talk to Al Tayer reception manager then he will advise you to go to public prosecution for legal course of action. I will never recommend anyone
