When I first contacted Angie, she explained that her job is more service than sales.She proved that time and again with her thorough knowledge of the local market. Every year I put up my property for renting, Angie would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of constructor to finish painting, appliances, etc. Angie also led me through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price I was comfortable with. In the end I found the tenant that was perfect for me throughout all these years. That's the reason why I only let her handle my property. Thank you Angie, you are my no 1.
