Need to highlight some unethical and unprofessional way the management treating the Blue Diamond staff. They are not giving leave for cleaning staff. There is no sick leave even you are really sick and even after producing sick leave certificate. Working hours, they are not following the law. Keeping passport with the company. Please treat the staff good, you will get good output. After seeing the review hope management will follow the rules. Other wise i will highlight these issues to ministry of Labour.
