Very very rude and unprofessional. I had booked a ticket online by myself. I had a baggage clarification and I couldnt get in touch with the airline customer support. I called Deira Travel & Tourist and the man replied to my query "We are sitting here to book your tickets and you book yourself. We cant help you."
At least show some respect and being helpful is not a crime.

Came to the office with my friend today at karama in evening, greeted only with " the look " of all the 3 staff, indian guy busy at work on the mobile and earphone, Philipine lady with one guest maybe, and another Indian guy in the office that looks a box. Was standing for few minutes thinking that we will get a direction of what to do, after awkwardly standing doingnothingfor few minutes, the indian guy gave me his attention and asked us to wait and sit anywhere and continue on his "work" in mobile and ear phones.
Had enough of this type of customer service and being neglected. We decided to leave and thanked them for the service. Not even bothered to stop us and co tinue with whatever they were doing. Social distancing at the max.

Do not expect genuine advice(Karama branch), especially regarding ticket fare and seat availability, also service charge is too high.
