The most transparent, effective, and straightforward realestate agents I've come across has to be Deja Vu. Mr Ahmed was an amazing agent. He worked with me on all my criteria, helped narrow down options, arranged viewings at times convenient for me, and followed up so professionally and thoroughly that i took a second look at properties that i would have missed out on otherwise.
