Worst agency to buy a ticket from. They cancelled my booking by giving me two hours to respond to an email. The worst comes later when they say they will return my money in 30 working days and today its been more than 55 working days and they haven’t returned my money. They have terrible customer service no manager available to speak on the phone no one to look into the issue and solve it. They are stalling to give me my money back and the bank keeps charging me interest on that money to which they respond to file a dispute with credit card company. They are simply holding my money and refusing to pay back saying its under verification. No matter how many times u call them they will apologize but would never do anything about processing the transaction. I have been charged interest 2 times by the bank already on the transaction and they still havent managed to return the money. Never using them nor recommending them to anyone else.
Always verify the information provided by the agent. We have now booked 3 holidays (excluding normal travel bookings) through Dnata and have had an issue each time. After each trip we continued to utilize their services thinking that as humans, we all make mistakes. We are now skeptical of this point of view especially after have faced issues on every trip. The issues faced includes agents promoting a preferred hotel but leave out essential information such as it is in the flightpath of the busy airport, the location is not central or difficult to get to, the hotel is on a.polluted beach and our latest, was that our flights were actually standby flights. The cherry on the top was getting a wine tasting tour voucher in Zanzibar when no such thing exists there. We had asked for a golf course in close proximity to the hotel which turned out to be 3 hours away. Even if escalated, Dnata HQ are non responsive. Better to plan your own holiday or at least double check and verify every single aspect of the booking.

I was very disappointed from the service. On phone they gave me different price and in the store it was different. However, when I called the phone booking, the agent said they can match the price. The salesperson in branch refused to do so because I wanted to use my dnata voucher given by my employer. I don't understand as the voucher is also "money" so why not to give me the better rate. I went to Mercato branch and they didn't mind to use the voucher and do price match as well. So why not to make your customer happy when it is possible to do so? I will never visit Dubai Mall branch again. By the way, when I booked a ticket last time in Dubai Mall, there was no issue of using the voucher with better rate. I believe it depends on the person who is serving you.
Very unhappy with the performance of the dnata staff at the left luggage counter today. Bag was left by the airline and we went out of the way to collect it from the Airport to prevent dnata from needing to deliver it all the way to Abu Dhabi over the public holiday. Upon arrival they did not accept a digital copy of the lost luggage information, but stated a printed version of the soft copy would be acceptable. Despite having a printer at the dnata counter they refused to help. I had to ask a nearby business to help print my information. Not only was the bag lost out of my control, I was made to beg other companies to print my documents. On top of all this, despite being told the bag was ready for immediate pickup when we agreed to drive to the airport, it took a very long time which cost us a huge short term parking fee. Even a polite question of how long it might take was faced with a hostile reply that they had no control over how long it would take. If this was the case, there should have been no reassurance that the bag was immediately available. No concept of customer service. Extremely upsetting.
