We needed a storage facility asap and have happened to found Easy Truck on my google searches. After reading several google reviews, I immediately inquired and was assisted by Ms. Margoux (who btw, was very helpful). I must say, the google reviews are accurate. The whole team are professional, accommodating, courteous, punctual, fast, reliable and are very knowledgeable of their work. Thank you for the excellent service. IMHO, Easy Truck made it truly easy for us!
UPDATED: Our home move wasn't the most smooth experience we hoped for but after management heard about it they made every effort in trying to rectify the situation. The customer service was excellent, and on the day the wrapping, dismantling and packing of the big furniture items were excellent. The issue came in with packing and unpacking the small stuff and also things in the kitchen. More detail should also be given to clothing, bedding and the folding of curtains. Their handymen service also needs to improve as we weren't happy with the overall quality. I was truly expecting a better home move from the company on the day as it added to the stress of moving. I just need to mention again that despite this, the customer service is excellent and they strive to ensure each and every client receives above-average service. They also mentioned that they will ensure employees receive appropriate training on the above mentioned points.
Easy Truck exceeded by far my expectations. The whole team was doing an amazing job. Friendly, efficient and ....wooow...quick....precise....I really was in good hands. Worth the money !! Stunning!! Especially how easy they handled my 750 Liter aquarium!! Superb job, really ...Easy Truck I highly recommend !!
We have a bunch of office items and furnitures that we need to store for a few months because we’re downsizing to a smaller office. But we wanted to make sure that everything will be packed and stored properly in case we need to sell them or use them in the future. We have used different affordable movers and storage companies before but we were always disappointed with the entire process. So we tried Easytruck for the first time. And they did not disappoint us! Their team are amazing! The entire moving process was well thought and planned. They were all skilled. And we really like their idea of storage pods. Kudos guys!
