After enquiring with several relocation companies, we appointed ELL for our relocation from Dubai, United Arab Emirates to Auckland, New Zealand. Our shipment was door to door and handled by Timothy Navarro. Right from the initial inspection/measure up through to following up after the delivery, we found Timothy to be very professional and responsive. We ended up going with a shared 40ft container option of which our share was 30CBM. The packing team arrived on time, packed our household contents to a high standard and cleaned up after themselves. The shipment took 97 days from when it left us in Dubai until it was delivered to our new house in Auckland. The container cleared through customs without any issues and all items arrived undamaged and in good working order. I would highly recommend ELL to anyone looking for a stress free relocation.
Decided to choose ELL based on internet reviews, never regretted it. I had to move to UK from DXB urgently on short notice (within a week) and ELL facilitated it very well indeed. They initially provided us cartons to pack our clothes and other small luggage items and then on shipment day their staff came and packed all appliances and decorations professionally. When i reached UK their counterpart here also were very professional took around 15-20 days for our luggage to arrive not a single thing was broken or missing. Overall professional service that many few can compete with.

We moved our from Abu Dhabi to Auckland recently. Due to the strict quarantine regulations and long wait time for the shipping routes, we were cautious about the moving companies over promising and not delivering. ELL handled our shipment professionally and the move was seamless. From the start, viewing the items and receiving a quote (we had a 3 bed room appt ++ amounting to 100 boxes) was clearly explained along with insurance clauses. Packing- the dates are confirmed and reconfirmed. We had to change some dates and the company clearly informed us their availability. The packers are very, very hardworking. Paid attention to new ware and prohibited items. Loads of paper, bubble wrap and boxes provided to ensure the items did not shatter while transporting. Shipping dates- this was clearly followed and explained. Nandhini and her team are exceptional with all the paperwork and follow up process. Customs clearance and arrival to the port- there was constant contact once we arrived and updates on the shipment leaving UAE. The handling agents in Auckland were quick to reply and professional in their correspondence Delivery- Imagine 100 boxes arriving to your doorstep. We did not move a pin, everything was placed in order and as per our requirement. The handover sheet accounted for all the boxes. We went through several quotes, highly branded companies and meetings with shipment companies but the services of ELL Worldwide Movers was absolutely exceptional from the start to the finish. It is important to note that ELL provides their service until the goods reach your doorstep and do not abandon you once the shipment has left the country of origin. A big shout out to Nandhini, Amos and their outstanding teams. My review does not do enough justice to their services. Do not hesitate to reach out to them. They are down to earth and extremely professional in their dealings.
I used ELL as I relocated from Dubai to the UK. From my first interaction with the company, I found ELL and Dinah extremely professional and knowledgeable. Dinah guided me through everything and sent regular messages to keep me informed of my shipment and forms I would need to complete. I had previously used another company for storage and ELL picked up my furniture and repacked everything to ensure all my belongs and furniture was easily locates and labelled correctly. Whilst packing my one bed apartment the team was very professional. The gentlemen were all clean, polite and experienced. Due to my budget and volume, I shared a container and it only took a couple of weeks before it was ready to go on the boat. My shipment has now arrived in the UK (I was told the ship name and tracked her voyage to the UK!) and it was incredibly easy for the moving company to locate everything I required - some packing went to storage and some had come to my temporary home.
