Our experience with Foldn Slide Technical Services started and ended with Boris Becker (Yes you heard that right!). Boris was extremely prompt in all his communication with us - Right from the time he gave us a quote till the handover he was there all along. He made sure he was onsite the entire day when the install was done and also ensured any residual work was completed on time until we were happy. The installation team too we’re very polite and courteous. Having moved to Dubai from Singapore and some prior bad experiences with contractors, this was a breath of fresh air. Excellent service and fantastic quality. Prompt response and delivery on time especially when I had no time to waste. There installation team are very good and detailed. The commercial team is excellent and they are fantastic value for money Wishing them all the best and would recommend them for all the products. I bought 1 fixed window and three bi fold windows.
The team is very nice (no exception) but they are busy and that may delay the installation.. at the end ...it is perfect job!
