I recently took my Mitsubishi outlander to Gentlemen's garage for some for General maintenance, vehicle breaks skimming and oil change, was impressed with the quality of service I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff which is Mr. Faisal and they are very friendly and professional, and they took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the work that needed to be done. They were reliable, trustworthy, and provided excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs or maintenance.
I am so disappointed with this garage, First mechanic will tell you the cost of repair, and when they have your word, they will send a quotation with a different price. I thought, we are just waiting for the parts to arrive in their workshop as they said in their messages. Mr. Bryan sent me a quotation, I told him that this is a different price as per their mechanic. What makes me so disappointed is they chase me for something that is not even clear yet on the first place. Even a 1 liner message should be mentioned upon sending the quotation that should be approved before ordering the parts needed, rather than sending a quotation itself, plus I have some concerns about the prices. Put a little bit of professionalism and customer service.
These garage and individuals are not worthy of a single star! I strongly advise against visiting this horrendous garage. Instead of repairing your car, they will cause further damage and excessively overcharge for replacement parts. They are deceitful and their expertise as mechanics is dubious. It is imperative that this garage undergoes immediate investigation and closure to prevent others from experiencing accidents.
It was great! All of the staff are accommodating and friendly. They gave you the best solution. I feel assured that my car is in good hands. I am driving my car again with no worries. Thanks
