Great customer service provided through both phone and email contact. Had a problem with birds nesting in house vents and after providing some photos and a detailed explanation, a technician was able to provide a quote and what steps would need to be done to fix the issue. The quote was reasonable compared to other pest control companies and a service scheduled within 48 hours. The technician arrived on time and did a great job removing the birds, cleaning out the vents, and putting in barriers to prevent reentry. Very happy with the service.
Super happy with the service! Gentlemen who came were very professional and polite. They put the gel precisely all over my apartment. They explained me the procedure and informed about follow up if the problem still exists. Generally great job from their side!
Professional Service. Staff are very punctual. The first treatment was not successful. When informed them they gave some tips and instructions to follow during the second treatment. The second treatment was super successful! The cockroaches were completely gone! They even done the follow-up Gel treatment as per my request. Definitely I’ll use their service in future and recommend others too especially for cockroach problems.
I called them at the home after searching online for cockroaches and ants mainly in the kitchen. The team cleaned effected area and applied gel. In few days most of the cockroaches vanished. I called them again after few weeks to reapply at few places, the team visited again free of cost and applied again. I don't see ants or cockroaches now so I recommend them.
All the office staffs & the pest control operator/ technician are so accommodating, politely & not arrogant and they are educating mostly of their clients/ customers regarding the kind & characteristics of the insect pests. And after the treatment service they gave some tips regarding insect pests how to avoided from your home. Lastly, the service so professional & effective.
