Obviously I’m here to write a review but honestly I don’t know where to start due to the horrible experience we had with them! Shall I start with the missing items? the missing jewelry and clothes? the damaged furniture? the broken plates, lamps, and table glass? the missing attachments and accessories for our kitchen appliances? the unprofessional team who cut the sofa during unpacking even though I was sure to tell them many times to take care when they unpack the furniture! or wait I think I need to start with the horrible rats they have in their warehouse that were behind all the damages we’ve experienced when we stored our whole villa with them!! I think they were busy begging for positive reviews they don’t deserve instead of proving professional services to their clients! Now we need to renew all the furniture and buy all the missing appliances, guess why? Because they were unprofessional and careless. The service is horrible and not recommended.
We had great experience with this great team. They came ahead of time to prepare, we had no single bad comment, they did exactly what we wished and more. consistent attitude throughout until the last hours. HIGHLY recommended!! BONUS: The owner of the company came to ensure all is going as described. The manager (Nidhun) did not leave us and kept checking in every few mins on our satisfaction level.
The team moved my one bedroom apartment quick and with good care. Nidhun was prompt with responses. No items were broken and were packed very well. They also unpacked and installed all the furniture and electric items. Will highly recommend!
This was our first time using HIFI Movers and Packers Dubai, and I'm so glad we did! Mr. Nitin and his team were amazingly professional, responsive and punctual. They took good care of all our things and even packed our furniture, clothes, appliances from our old apartment and reassemble in our new apartment without any hassle. Truly a professional & dedicated team. Also took an extra mile in reassuring everything is perfect and an after sales services. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who moves within Dubai and outside Dubai. Thank you once again from the bottom of my heart in making things go smooth ✨✨✨✨✨
