My experience with Hitesh was disappointing. While his communication was fast, his actions were slow and I found myself having a part-time job following up with him in matters concerning my property. In general he was always looking out for the landlords benefits, and refused to take forward my asks. If you want your rights as a tenant I would recommend you steer clear of dealing with him.

Indresh from Homes 4 Life was a wonderful agent. He took me to 4 properties in the area and they all met my requirements of pets allowed and multiple cheques. He gave me information about the area and was quickly able to support and get the rental agreement confirmed. He was polite, conscientious and friendly and made the process very simple. Supportive and well organized staff. I dealt with Mr. Indresh for property renting. He was supportive at all stages right from viewing, explaining procedure of utilities connections and to the signing of contract. Protects both owner and tenant.
