Everything went smoothly before signing the tenancy contract. Since, few important missing details on the contract are slowing down the EJARI process. It's my second time going there for nothing so it is just fair I downgrade my initial 5 stars grade to 3. After sale service is as important as customer service during the transaction.

Supportive and well organized staff. I dealt with Mr. Indresh for property renting. He was supportive at all stages right from viewing, explaining procedure of utilities connections and to the signing of contract. Protects both owner and tenant.
