The service was extremely disappointing and highly unprofessional. I booked an appointment for 10:00 AM, but no one showed up at the scheduled time. I had to call them at 10:30 AM just to remind them about my booking, as they seemed to have completely forgotten it. Even after calling, I was left waiting for hours without any proper update. The lady responsible (Ms. MJ or Ms.MG)for coordinating appointments was very unprofessional and rude to customers. She couldn't even remember the time slot she had already assigned to clients, which reflects very poor organization and customer service. Overall, this was a frustrating experience with zero respect for customers' time. I would not recommend this service to anyone unless they improve their professionalism, communication, and punctuality.
Very unprofessional and disappointing service. We had a confirmed appointment today at 10 AM and they didn’t show up. There was no call, no message, and no response to our calls or texts. We had already emptied our entire kitchen in preparation, which caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. Completely disrespectful to the customer’s time and effort. Would NOT recommend this service to anyone. Totally unreliable.
Very unprofessional service. I booked an appointment several days in advance specifically to avoid any last-minute problems. They confirmed the appointment for Saturday at 1:30 PM and assured me that their team would come on time. I even shared my location and waited for them, but nobody arrived. There was no proper update, no apology, and no respect for my time. I had to cancel the order because of their poor communication and unreliable service. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this company.
Absolutely disappointing experience. I was given a confirmed time of 2:30 PM yet no one showed up until 3:30 PM. During that entire period, I repeatedly called for an update but nobody answered my calls or bothered to inform me about the delay. What is most frustrating is the complete lack of communication and respect for customers' time. Delays can happen but ignoring customers and leaving them waiting without any explanation is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with them. There are far more reliable service providers available.
They have zero respect for your time, i booked at 2 , no body showed up, and i keep calling & no answer, 0 respect for your time, and when i came to google to see reviews i saw many people agreeing so i cancel my “ appointment” , i’d like to tell this company that when people book for pest control they urgently need it, and they aren’t in a good condition to keep waiting for you. so either be punctual or close ur business
