Protect yourself from the worst experience you can get in the real estate market! So much unprofessionalism, lack of knowledge, discipline, condescending behavior, Lady broker S.C. has absolutely no experience in handling transactions, she got paid the by buyer but only performed in favor of seller and to our (buyers) full disadvantage. She tried to keep seller and buyer at distance by constantly creating stories to upset the 2 parties with each others. She created her own rules and „real estate laws“ and forced us to commit to payments outside the legal framework of Rera laws. We repeatedly asked to have the support of a Sales Progression Team, which she replied to, that she is holding that title. We have never experienced so much psychological pressure from a real estate agent and agency before. We as buyer ended up doing the agents and agency’ job on a daily basis. We received wrongful „threats“ that seller will keep our 10% security cheque. We are now seeking compensation for this awful experience. We have not even received an apology. The agency took commission for approx. 40k US. Shameful to say the least! Buying a property should be a happy event, not an ill guided, evil experience!
