Welcoming staff. Knowledgeable and experienced staff My Pet feels safe in that environment.. My Pet enjoys his bath and grooming in there .. The only concern is there is often Price increase in the services and there is no consistency.. Apart from that, it's all okay.. I will still give 5 for the friendly staff and the work they put in..
