5 stars for Luxfolio due to their professional staff! To start with I was speaking with Lewis from their sales department and he was very friendly and helpful, I realized that renting was a better route to go down due to the market so he introduced me to Sheikh from their rentals department. Sheikh was great, he was incredibly professional, great work ethics, very skilled, patient, & he fully understands what the tenant and the landlord require, and makes sure to keep both sides happy, as an owner I would highly recommend him & his agency if I knew anyone looking to rent their property. We recently rented a villa through LUXFolio. Danny Wood was our agent and was extremely responsive and helpful. He took time to fully understand our requirements and only showed us properties which fitted these. He negotiated well with the landlord and ensured all our points were communicated. He’s been very helpful in guiding us through all the red tape and is a very nice person to deal with. We would highly recommend him!
