We booked six tickets for an evening cruise with them. We were taken to the departure point about two hours earlier, and we waited in the heat without anyone in charge to tell us where the boat was, not even the name of it. 45 minutes after the nominal departure time, we were still dragged up and down in the marina to finally realize that there was no place for us booked. We boarded to another boat, who kindly accepted us, seeing how much we suffered for almost 3 hours. The Mansi Star agent at the hotel who took the money from us pretended knew nothing, and the boss made the reservation denied any responsibility to refund our money. We ended up reporting them to the police. WATCH OUT OF THEM!
