I have using this company for long time the service before was much better and more caring about the pets. Now every time they come they are in harry for an other appointment which is wrong as you have to provide the exact time for each session rather than to do it quickly and hurt the dogs. Before last time my dog was heart when I received him back from grooming he was bleeding when I asked the groomer about it he didn’t say anything convincing why this happened, then he apologized and told him be carful next time . For the last time they hurt my other puppy as when she was walking around the house was bleeding everywhere, it turned out after checking her that there is a cut on her leg from the groomer.. After complaining they said ooh the groomer was in harry for other appointment and sorry ..I don’t need that sorry !!my puppies have been heart it doesn’t mean they don’t talk we treat them like this they are part of the family and I give them to be groomed t to be hurt… Never ever I ll use this company again ..
Super happy with the professionalism and care from the team! It was Neo’s first grooming and he was a little nervous. However both Amit and Ravil put him at ease. We could clearly see the expertise and experience in the way they gently handled a nervous puppy!! They were so thorough and loving with him even while clipping his nails and giving him a good wash. Neo came home looking radiant and smelling like a valley of flowers. Highly recommended!
