Our experience with Munich Motor Works was outstanding. Our BMW i8 is not an ordinary car. It is a highly specialized hybrid with a very complex engineering design, and since BMW no longer produces the i8, finding a workshop with the expertise to repair it was extremely important. Unfortunately, after being shipped overseas by sea and exposed to extreme heat for a long period, the engine suffered a major failure. Despite the complexity of the job, Munich Motor Works handled everything professionally from start to finish. The repair took time, which was understandable given the technical challenges, but they kept us informed throughout every stage of the process. They sourced the necessary specialized parts from overseas and completed the repair successfully. A very special thank you to Ms. Asma, who was always there to answer every question with patience and kindness. She kept us updated regularly, and we genuinely felt that she cared about our car as much as we did. We also want to thank Mr. Abraham for his impressive technical knowledge and expertise. Excellent technical skills, outstanding customer service, clear communication, and true professionalism. We highly recommend Munich Motor Works to anyone looking for a workshop that operates to genuine European standards. I find the team at Munich Motor Works excellent - especially Amer Assef who’s been managing the maintenance on my Porsche 911. I would like to share my experience with Munich Motor Works regarding my Rolls-Royce Cullinan. I was facing an engine sound issue during cold start and also a problem with the telematics system. I visited Munich Motor Works, and the Service Advisor, Amer Assaf, handled my case very professionally. He properly investigated the issues and clearly explained everything in detail — what the problems were, what was necessary, and what could be avoided. He identified the basic and necessary items accurately and guided me in a very transparent and honest way. He answered all my questions and cleared all my doubts patiently. After the inspection and required work, the vehicle was properly prepared and handed over in good condition. I truly had a great experience with them. I highly recommend Munich Motor Works to anyone facing car-related issues. If you visit, I especially suggest speaking directly with Service Advisor Amer Assaf. He will guide you properly, try his best to accommodate you quotation-wise and price-wise, and will avoid unnecessary work to help reduce your expenses as much as possible. He quickly checked my car and gave me honest advice that helped me save costs, which I really appreciated. The best part was receiving my car fully washed in a very short time. Highly recommended
