After grooming session my 2 cats not have ringworm and ear mites!!!! Staff refused to hand me over to a manager and said not our problem. I spent 1000 aed in vet bills so far and my cats will need further treatment in 2 weeks. Worse thing is that ring worm can infect humans and is lethal to babies!!! Will be reported to municipality. Stay away!

Everything is good, but the person who do the grooming must know more about the kittens, how to cut and catch. They don’t feel comfortable, he have to communicate to make him feel better and comfortable during the grooming
