I recently had the pleasure of using Pet Lounge's mobile pet grooming services, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Jake, the groomer, was incredibly professional and skilled. My anxious Pomeranian is not the easiest to handle during nail clipping, but Jake managed it with ease and finesse. His expertise and gentle approach instantly put my furry baby at ease. Even though full groom is quite more expensive here compared to other pet salons, I'd still book Pets Lounge, and particularly ask for Sir Mike to groom my dog. He's very gentle towards Tofu! I am an anxious pet mom, so does Tofu when away from me (even more so when something's going to be done with him!!) but he never disappoints! After every session, Tofu smells good, is thoroughly cleaned and relaxed- not to mention furmom is at peace! 🫶🏻 Hopefully loyal customers can be offered membership / discount whatsoever though! 👀 Nevertheless, I'm very satisfied! Will always recommend! 💗 Thank you!

Very professional service done by Cesar and Elvin. I felt my dog was in good and kind hands, I received a lot of videos of my dog being groomed and the dog came back home extremely clean and happy.

John is a fantastic groomer, he makes my cat so relaxed and calm, I trust him so much and I wouldn’t take my cat to anyone else! I highly recommend John, he’s very professional and also so caring, a lovely person!
