Every year during renewal, they will make dramatic problem , no support on repairing works even it’s cross more that 500 I stay with them for four years, they don’t give me a single fills from deposit During final inspection of flat , they will bring local looking guy , he will try to make drama , first of all he won’t come in time , he will find lots of problems, they were literally harassed me and they won’t give me a single penny I have proof for all , think twice

They delay the return of your security deposit for up to three weeks and suddenly slap you with unjustifiable repair bill so you get nothing back from your security deposit. Worst real estate agency in international city. Avoid them !! don't be fooled by other comments , their employees and owner has himself given google positive rating to themselves.
