Excellent service from start to finish! The team was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my car, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair on time at a fair price. The quality of the work was outstanding, and my car is running perfectly now. I really appreciated their transparency and friendly customer service. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy car repairs in Dubai. Thank you for the great experience!

Visited this garage for the first time today and honestly had a very positive experience. The whole team was professional, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making things complicated. Sir Osama was especially very friendly, positive, and genuinely made the atmosphere feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. You can really feel that they enjoy what they do and treat customers with care, respect, and good energy rather than just seeing it as business. What I appreciated most was the honesty and transparency. There was no pressure for unnecessary repairs or inflated prices, just straightforward advice about what actually needed to be done. Its rare to find a place where you feel people are both professional and sincere at the same time. Whether you know a lot about cars or absolutely nothing, they make the whole process easy and stress-free. Definitely a garage I would return to and confidently recommend to others 🚗⭐

I got into trouble during the rain and my steering suddenly became super hard. I called Prime Auto Care right away and they sent a recovery truck within about an hour. Price was very reasonable too. They also sent me the quotation the same day and actually explained what the problem was. What I really appreciated is they didn’t try to do a quick temporary fix — they checked properly, found the root cause, and fixed it fully. On top of that, I had a rear wheel “wiggle” issue on my Lexus LS460. Lexus told me just to inspect it would cost AED 1,000 and they’ll probably change the whole control arm. Prime Auto Care checked it and told me it’s just a worn bushing in one of the control arms. They changed the bushing and the problem is completely gone. Overall, they know what they’re doing and they don’t push unnecessary repairs. They also tell you what can be done now vs later depending on your budget. Solid people — I’d recommend them.

i had an issue with my car yesterday and i couldn’t start it. i contacted Prime Auto and Osama supported me through the whole process. This is the first time my car breaks down in Dubai so it was very important for me to have a transparent communication with a trustworthy and a reliable garage. Everything worked out perfectly and only the necessary parts were replaced.

I love how the work was done! After a small accident my rear bumper was fully recovered and only small spare parts were replaced. I definitely recommend this shop to everyone. Good luck on the road.
