This travel tour was amazing...they give me a very good deal for every attraction... My favourite tour was Safari tour and Abu Dhabi in one day; i enjoyed the ride in the desert even if it was punched i enjoyed taking some pictures in the desert... i recommend this travel tour.

well little bit have experience with them as well. At first the person name Chris in the desk is very nice person she explained to us everything so we book with her pcr test, dubai city tour and desert safari. Everything was book already and we ask chris for all the assistant of all the bookings we have and she agreed and she informed us that it was her day off the next day and her colleague will assist as. She will informed her colleague for everything and this is the bad experience we encounter already the next day when she is off. We book 25 people of PCR TEST. some of our group go to pay the guy already in the desk when chris is off. We have group rate already and his colleague let us pay 200aed per person and 2 of us was paid the booking to the guy amount of 107dollarsand did not give us any receipt. And the next 2 of the member of the group who pay 107 dollars will take pcr test but Chris asking them payment because there is no receipt of the payment and she check with her colleague and they agreed 2 member will take the corona test. Our safari trip was terrible as well, because the guy in the desk who change chris during her day off was very rude, no respect, no customer concern, he just want money,.so i feel worried already with my family and i wait for our pick up to be done, and the worried feeling was become insane i was communicating to i don't know person and we are pick up by wrong car. and we send message to chris and she is the one apologizing for the company mistake and his colleague bad attitude. Dubai city tour we feel little bit okay already because chris is the desk already to assist us and my family everything went well until we are on the trip the driver is not good as well. i just give them 1 star because of Chris that she can handle customer very well and apologizing for his colleague mistake but if no chris. this company was horrible especially the guy who change her. his fooling everyone they should not put this kind of person in the table. I recommend if you want to book in this company don't speak to anyone except chris she is staying at aloft hotel but if chris is not there don't book with them. This company is not trustable without a real person. it was very little bad experience for us. But anyway thanks to chris for assisting us.
