this company have the very worst sales person and also liar.! i was expecting the other prod. that he advice it's in the othe truck but nothing, now next day comes he is telling they will check at warehouse and tomorrow will received.!! very frustrating this SAFCO company.! please kindly do your job in proper way, because us your customers are paying properly.!! this ia not just the 1st time incident.!
I really hope someone from top management could read the reviews and change the situation. It is a pitty that a company this big, has such a weak customer service. Nobody pickup the phones. Tried several times! WhatsApp number also no response! Met them in Gulfood last year and wanted to buy some products. Later called the sales man and he was only saying no we don't have this, we don't have that. He just wanted to get rid of us. We do know they have the products we wanted, as they are selling to our company friend. Once I insisted he said will call you back. Ofcourse never did. Guess the staffs are either unsupervised or they are passed off by working there. That's really a bad experience.
Very bad service always late , we are a restaurant when we make order three days or two ahead we expect to receive our items in time !! Always late sometimes they don’t come at all some times they change the brand without notice, what this !!!! Lyka is the sales person very bad communication and all company is disaster
