I am renting an apartment through this company. I had diverse experiences so far. The maintenance manager Mujeeb is useless. I don't understand why this person is there. It takes a lot of frustration to deal with him. I give all these stars to Giselle, she has been very professional and thank God she works there. She is excellent in clients management and problems solver. Thank you Giselle.

Zohaib has been amazing from start to finish. We are new to Dubai and he’s helped us with all our issues, questions and paper work! He’s been so patient, and helpful with us. It’s been very stressful moving to a new country with new laws and regulations, and Zohaib was always on hand to assist with all our needs and requirements. The service and professionalism from Zohabi was outstanding. Thank you to helping to find our home!

Everything is smooth and fast, Jissele is very helpful she’ll assist you with everything till you move in. But once you move in no one will assist you regarding the maintenance and it will take them ages to come and fix that’s if they come!!
