May Day and Nann Chaw Yin - they cleaned my 1 bedroom apartment and balcony and they did an AMAZING job! I have been in Dubai for 7 years and they are the best cleaners I have ever had. Will only be asking for them for now on. The apartment was immaculate!
I am so pleased with Yaseen & the team! They are extremely professional, kind, and cleaned the apartment extremely well! I normally use another company for my move in and move out cleaning requirements however moving forward I will only use them.
Poor Quality services i have ever received from any cleaning company. 1. Central AC cleaning .. they don't have any equipment for cleaning AC as other companies carry. They came just we vaccume cleaner to clean AC ducts. They just washed AC grills with water not use any chemical to clean properly. 2. Floor grouting, again they don’t have anything to remove old grouting to apply new one. They used screwdrivers to remove grout, off course which can’t do the Job, so they tried hard and forced poor worker to do by screwdrivers and they got tired but can’t remove the bad grout and after they applied the new one on it. And they again they don’t have enough to complete in 1 room and waited to bring new material to complete the poor job. But in end services and material all went in waste. 3. Deep Cleaning. So they don’t know meaning of deep cleaning and i paid premium price for deep cleaning. In end there was nothing they did in relation to deep clean it was normal clean which we can easily by 25 dirham per hour on urban company any other. Their staff don’t know how to operate floor scrubbing machine . They were about to damage my stuff. Their staff fighting with each other in front of me. Mean they want to do the work. Plus they were changing the staff daily and 3 days these service took to complete but every time staff reached my apartment they don’t know what to do they were asking me what to do. Because nobody tell them from their managers about scope of work. So they finished everything in hurry and nothing completed. Conclusion, it was not deep cleaning, it was not AC cleaning, and unfortunately it wasn’t grouting service. Poor staff got bashed from managers, but they haven’t received any training to perform the job. No proper communication between staff and managers etc. If you really love your money, please don’t waste with this company. Or you want to make a try, try on your risk. Because i have proof of after service pictures. Thanks
On time, quick cleaning and also Very professional. I had my sofa and queen sized mattress cleaned and they finished both in half an hour, removed the stains and even moped the floors! Yaseen and Manita are both good in what they do. I'll definitely contact them again.
