Amazing. Just amazing. I could not believe how easy it was when I bought a 1 bedroom apartment from Mr. Nima for my own investment. He was very funny and helpful and I had a great time viewing the apartment with him. He helped me from A to Z with all the procedures. He invited us to his office for coffee while all the documents were created. Special thanks to Mr. Amir who was really kind and helped create the necessary legal contracts to transfer the property under my name. He explained everything to us thoroughly and in detail and did his work professionally with absolutely no mistakes. Overall I had an amazing experience dealing with Seven Century Real Estate. I highly recommend them!!!!!
What a discrace, I moved in to the property on the 16 of august and today I’m living in an hotel because the AC doesn’t work. Hey! It’s Dubai summer time and I think it is important to have AC during the hottest time in Dubai. The maintenance team is incompetent in fixing the issue and the management of Seven century do not reply to any emails. as the time of writing, still waiting for the ac to be fixed. It’s been for 3 weeks now without AC and still no timeline of fixing the issue. Today is 17 SEP still no ac in the Villa and still no response from the management team. What a great company. Worthy of an award for the worst real estate company in Dubai. Their property maintenance team have visited the property now at least 17 times to fix the ac and it remains out of service. Poor service!

Hello good time I wanted to tell you about Layla babaei according to what I saw I communicated with him, he is very friendly and kind. He gave me good advice when finding a house. She was like a sister to me. His approach was very sincere. I hope to see him in high grades and improve as well
We are absolutely traumatized for 30 days without Aircon in the mid of Dubai Summer. They handed over the place with faulty aircon and electricity problems that may cause fire (we accepted it thinking it will be solve in a day). For sure they know the AC problem prior, my point is why to put your villa in for rent in the market knowing that it's not conducive for living? Their maintenance will just show up pretending that they will fix it but nothing will happen. Mind you they did a visit for 16x now and nothing had been solved, they still can't identify the problem. We are sick and tired for 30 long days without AC. I have suffered a major inconvenience to work home and social life through your inability to fix a simple issue efficiently (they will let you wait the whole day and come at 4:30 just so they can finish 6pm- same cycle every visit) Not only am I out of pocket through renting 2 hotel rooms this month, the disruption to my daily work and social life has been severely affected. I hope so this INHUMAN situation will not happen to you and your family.
