Best place to get your dog groomed. Have makeover. The staff are great- very polite and helpful. They also have a dog play area- indoors and outdoors. Our dog loves it. The rates are inexpensive. He loves running around with the other dogs. The attendants are very patient with the dogs.

I have been taking my Yorkie (Pint) for a couple months now for both grooming and daycare. I am so satisfied with the care that they provide for my dog and I truly believe that they care for the pets like if they are their own. I highly recommend all the services provided by them and the staff is extremely friendly, professional and responsive.

My two dogs have attended day care and boarding as well as being groomed for the past year. They put a cute bandana after every groom which is a unique touch. The team always send personalized picture and video updates during their stay. They are super flexible with booking boarding and day care. The grooming has been perfect for my two short haired dogs also. Only issue is the prices have increased recently which have made them less competitive and waiting for them to put a shade over the grassed outside area especially for the summer months.

Shampooch is one of the oldest one in Dubai, I know them when they were in Al Qouz and I’ve always heard their names and good service. Possibly it was either for the day care or kennel service. Because for the past two times that I took my dogs there for grooming, I was extremely disappointed. Uneven cut, clippers line on the coat, and not up to standard quality of a place that charges top$ for their grooming. Lesson learned no more shampooch.
