This is the worst grooming place to take your pets.. Took 2 of my cats for grooming 3 weeks back and they got infected with severe fungal infection (ringworm). This was our third visit and every time I go there , I literally ask them if the equipments and the table were sanitized and the answer was yes. I seriously doubt that they care about hygiene and well being of pets.. Saw a similar review below regarding a cat being infected with ringworm 3 months back.. This shows it’s not the first time here in “sugarpaws “ The health and well being of pets should always be a top priority of any grooming services and the negligence from their side is unacceptable. My sincere advise to all pet parents please check a million times before you take your pets for grooming here.. Below are some of the pics..

I have always loved coming back to SugarPaws for my Golden Retriever. Today I got my little pawbaby a bed from there and she is in love with it. Super good material and worth the price.

IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY TO PRATHIK ALVA’s review Good to know that measures are taken , and i am not a competitor to ruin or sabotage your business . However ,for your kind information and to be precise (as per your comment ‘12th was more then a month ago ’ )my cats had their appointment on the 12th at your grooming center, by 26th Feb we started seeing skin rashes on both my cats . we waited thinking the rashes would subside but this got worst and they where taken to the vet on 7th march, where it was a confirmed case of ringworm and i immediately got them to your grooming center and reported it to the groomer over there personally.. If you are not aware any fungal infection takes time to develop on cats skin from the initial contact and my cats are indoor cats. Please note ,i’m not naming & shaming or ruining anyones business its just that i don’t compromise with my cats. And review’s should be given whether its positive or negative either to appreciate or to improve.

We’ve been coming here for the past 6 months and their service is always outstanding. They take great care of our pup and he’s always happy to go for another grooming session. The attention to details, personalized service and willingness to go the extra mile is unbeatable. Thank you guys!

Great place for bring your babies in for refresher, excellent staff, super freindly! always makes cooper comfortable. however their booking system could use an upgrade :)
