Today was my first grooming experience for my poodle dog and it was absolutely positive. The staff- Erick and Alejandro were very kind and gentle to my fluffy friend, they groomed and cleaned him perfectly. Also I liked that is possible to see the grooming through the window. I will definitely come back to this salon. .

Erick and Alejandro are best. They understand what kind of haircut I want to exactly. And from drop to pick up my cat made him comfortable. It was my cat’s first haircut but my cat did not freak out and very calm. During the grooming, Eric was letting me know my cat is doing well. And I even asked Alejandro to cut his more hair after my cat done. He made an amazing design! I am so glad!
It’s my first time using their service but Erick and Philip have made sure the grooming was done professionally and smoothly. It’s a little shop so appointment is required in advance. The haircut was done perfectly as the groomer asked carefully regarding the style we want and we appreciate his patience. The pricing is very competitive even though it’s in Dubai Hills. Would certainly recommend.
