This agency is not recommended at all. You’ll regret by dealing with them. Please don't waste your hard earn money on their useless services. Extremely unprofessional real estate company. The agent will never pick up or return your calls. They will not do any AC servicing and will behave like he’s the owner of the company. During the return of the deposit. His behavior is unethical and rude and it’s been over 1.5 months I’m chasing for MY security deposit that he needs to handover but now he’s mentioning when the flat will get occupied by another tenant only then they’ll return MY security deposit. That’s by law not acceptable. He’s acting as if he’s giving money from his own pocket!!!! Zeroooooooo stars.
An unprofessional real estate company. The broker Mr. Haroon George behaved like he owned the studio flat. During the return of the deposit. His behavior was so rude that he was giving money from his pocket and started deducting money by charging silly things . 0 stars. This is not recommended at all . In the end, you will regret what you did. Please don't waste your hard earn money.
I have been dealing with so many real estate agency before the one TCR the worst one ever, the second I entered this office I heard one customer fighting for his right with agent and I after my experience this agent I can see why most, Zero Star for agent and maintenance And fake positive feedback , to ADEEL TCR account at least change ur account name before you fake comment
Very Unprofessional and poor customer service the admin was soo rude one more thing don't like about it one of the agent name Mr. Imran Siddiqui giving poor customer service. I'm not recommending him for being your agent because he is not giving response and even update. He is not helping at all. So better deal it with other agent of this company. What ever your agent actions will reflect to your company.
