I applied for an instant visitor visa at 6 pm. I was informed by the customer service agent that the instant visa may take 12 to 24 hours to be issued. To my surprise the visa was sent to me at 8:30 pm the same day although it was an official holiday season already. I appreciate your commitment to delivering fast and exceptional services. A big thank you goes to Ms Marah and to the whole UTM team. Highly recommended.

If there was a rating of 10 stars service i would have given you. Brilliant service and life savers. Called them from the airport one hour before my flight because i forgot to do my visa and they did it in less than an hour and allowed me to catch my flight. Excellent service 🤩🤩

I have booked my ticket through UTM and Ms. Marwa was very helpful, she took me through the available options and despite the shortage of available tickets, she was very dedicated to get me the suitable ticket. Great example of customer service obsession. Highly recommended to book your ticket through UTM.

What an amazing and fast services. They told me it might take between 6 to 12 hours to issue the visa. It only took 1 hour!! And they respond very fast. Am going to deal with them again if needed for sure.
