The worst Real Estate Agency I dealt with in my 15 years in Dubai. Agents and staff not helpfull took forever to respond to maintenance issues weeks and lied to me from the beginning and did not disclose issues in the building. Sometimes for up to a week there were no power nor a/c in the common areas and we had no water inside the apartments. The agent was never available to speak to when I tried calling or the office says his out the country. Everytime I asked for the Landlord contact details, which by law they must provide, they said he don't want to provide it but after 9 months of issues and I decided not to renew they told me the agent has Power of Attorney but he was never available nor responded to me. I WILL NEVER AND CANNOT recommend anyone using this company. Refunds on maintenance issues I paid in advance took months to be be paid back to me. They mislead me regarding the commission and keeping 7.5% out of the booking fee I had to pay upfront at the secure the apartment. I CANNOT stress enough how unethical and unprofessional they been from day one.
