We’ve been using this pet boarding place for over 10 years, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. From day one, they’ve been consistently professional, caring, and genuinely loving toward our pet. What I appreciate most is the peace of mind they give. Every time we travel, I know our pet is safe, well cared for, and treated like family — not just “kept in a cage.” The staff are always kind, patient, and experienced, and you can tell they truly understand animals. The facility is always clean, well organized, and well managed, and communication is excellent. They’re reliable, responsive, and you never feel like you’re bothering them by checking in. Over the years, they’ve proven again and again that they take pet care seriously. After a decade of using their service, I can confidently say they are one of the most trustworthy pet boarding places in Dubai. Thank you for always taking such great care of our furry family member — we wouldn’t go anywhere else!
My dogs have been attending Woof for more than 7 years. Friendly staff, clean, great grooming services and very responsive. We even left Dubai for 3 years and when we came back some of the staff still remembered my dogs, and for me that means a lot, not only because they genuinely love animals to, but says a lot about the management for keeping the staff for so long. Belita and Phil love attending woof while we are on holidays or need help on busy days. I 100% recommend them. They also help with adoption days!
I cannot begin to tell you how much I would recommend woof pet services. Our four dogs have been going to day care and boarding regularly for more than 5 years and it is definitely their second home. The staff are so professional and most importantly care for our dogs as if they were their own. The facility itself is 5 star and I would have to say probably the best in Dubai. We have recently immigrated back to Australia and one of the things we will all miss most about the UAE is the family and friends we all made at Woof. If you are looking for a safe professional and family environment for your dogs then Woof is the one for you.
Our dog has been going to Woof for nearly 10 years. It is his second home and he absolutely loves it there. The team are professional and attentive. And always look after him so well. We are so grateful for all of their help and support. We've used a few doggie daycare places in Dubai and this is by far the best.
We take our dog Loki to Woof 2–3 times a week and he absolutely loves it! The team are fantastic – always friendly, full of positive energy, and genuinely care about the dogs. They’re always happy to help and make the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We also get our dogs groomed there – the service is excellent and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
