Very very very very very very very very bad experience with Zia and sagor material is very cheap service is very cheap shameful services I buy material from kalpana she is sales girl in dragon mart o buy pvc panel and she gave me very less price one I go to pickup they gave wrong color and broked material and once I go there for pickup they said we don’t give with that price which she told me and material is broken they give color also not same once I call to there office they said you have to pay extra payment then you buy new panel very very very bad company policies and staff behavior 👎👎👎👎
Well, this is an interesting one, great prices for the wall paneling and they arranged affordable delivery. Here lies the issue though. The panels arrived with damage, and when I contacted the sales person they said that these “material” are non refundable and EVEN non exchangeable! I even asked if they were being serious that if I wanted to replace the broken panels I would have to pay and they said yes! No where previously had I been informed that I would not be able to return or exchange any broken items. I am sure that this is a violation of the law as well. Unbelievable really. Oh, and I bet 100%, that if I get a response it will simply be to provide proof of purchase. Well, before you ask, very conveniently I haven’t been provided with any but I will attach screenshots of the conversation and the person with whom I spoke. I have given 2 stars because the price and delivery were a great price.
Unfortunately, our experience with this company was extremely disappointing, and based on our personal experience, I would not recommend them. My husband and I chose this company for our parquet installation after being assured before payment that the installation would be done professionally and that they would take the necessary time to ensure a proper, high-quality finish. Unfortunately, the final result was completely different from what we were promised. One installer completed the living room, and his work was good and properly done. However, a different installer worked on the bedroom, and the installation was extremely poor. The parquet pieces were placed in a very random and inconsistent pattern, leaving the bedroom looking badly finished. The clear difference between the living room and bedroom installations shows that the issue was not with the parquet itself, but with the quality of the workmanship. When we raised our concerns and explained that the bedroom installation was unacceptable, the employee did not provide us with any proper solution or show genuine willingness to correct the work. What made the situation even more frustrating was that when we asked to speak to the manager, the employee suddenly told us that he was the manager, even though he had previously told us that he needed to get approval from “management” regarding certain matters. This contradiction was extremely unprofessional, and despite all the discussion, no proper solution was offered. We were also required to pay the full amount upfront. They did not agree to accept a deposit with the remaining balance to be paid after the installation was completed and inspected. Unfortunately, our mistake was trusting them and paying the full amount before seeing the final quality of the work. We paid for a professional installation, not a random and poorly executed job followed by a refusal to properly resolve the issue. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience in terms of the bedroom installation, after-sales service, and complaint handling. The situation could have easily been resolved by sending a professional installer to correct the work, but unfortunately, no meaningful assistance or solution was provided. Based on our experience, **I would not recommend this company, and I strongly advise customers not to pay the full amount before the installation is completed and the quality of the work has

I just got woden pannels done in my appartment. I communicated with Omer and i was really happy. Sometimes it can get difficult as a girl in Dubai. Omer was nice and explained everything, delivery was on time and the guys were really polite. Even helped me with grass cutting on my balcony which wasn’t their job. They just saw me struggling, haha. I appreciated it🙏🏼 Thank you for your services i would definitely come back for some future decorations.
