Zita Chriszto

Holistic Mental Health Support

Dubai Psychology, led by Zita Chriszto, is a leading clinical psychology practice offering expert mental health care to both adults and children. Licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Zita provides a compassionate and tailored approach to therapy, helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and relationship difficulties. Her practice focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can gain a deeper understanding of themselves and achieve lasting emotional well-being.

Specialised Therapeutic Approaches

Zita integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy into her practice, ensuring a comprehensive approach to psychological care. Through CBT, clients learn to manage negative thought patterns and develop healthier coping strategies, while psychodynamic therapy helps them uncover unconscious conflicts and long-standing behavioural patterns. By blending these evidence-based methodologies, clients receive a therapy plan tailored to their unique experiences and mental health goals.

Personalised Care for Adults and Children

The practice offers psychological support for a diverse range of concerns, including stress management, eating disorders, self-esteem issues, family dynamics, and major life transitions. For children and adolescents, Zita provides specialised interventions to address behavioural and emotional challenges, helping young individuals thrive both academically and socially. Her holistic approach considers family heritage and transgenerational patterns, ensuring therapy is effective not just for the individual but also for their broader relationships.
